This coming summer projected high temperatures can have a direct relationship to worker productivity. The hotter the workplace, the lower the production. Sun load and heat given off by plant processes both contribute to excessive plant working temperatures. Our ventilation designs decrease both the sun load and process heat, creating a more appealing place to work.

VSI is a member of ISNetworld which is a stringent contractor-management safety and compliance program. Members include large distribution warehouses, corrugated packaging facilities, epoxy resin facilities, and citrus juice facilities.

TECHNICAL NEWS

The Florida Builders Code (FBC) specifications are primarily meant for the commercial fan and blower manufacturers. Most of the industrial fans and blower manufacturers provide ventilation equipment that is heavier duty than the lighter fans that meet the FBC. Consulting engineers working on commercial projects need to adhere to the FBC when dealing with industrial equipment to ensure that commercial buildings and systems meet specific safety and performance data.
